About:
Clinical Psychologist Figen Uçar completed her psychology education at Istanbul Kültür University. Her first master’s thesis focused on "The Impact of Eating Disorders on Body Image in Adolescents and Adults." Her second master’s thesis addressed "Eating Disorders, Eating Habits, and Behaviors in Psychotic Disorders."
During her graduate studies, she received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR Therapy. She worked at Moodist Psychiatry Hospital, focusing on psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and major depression as an inpatient and outpatient psychologist.
